The Rising Farmworker Dream Fund (RFDF) is a nonprofit organization that aims to leverage the power and resources of the business sector to enable positive social change within the American farm working community. As a venture philanthropy firm, we seek to invest our assets – people, money, and other resources – to produce a positive social return and create sustainable business solutions for farm workers and their families.

We’re a group of business managers, investors, entrepreneurs, political leaders, educators, social advocates who invest in ventures that:     

• Focus on improving the social conditions of U.S. farm workers through business initiatives
• Increase access to human, social, and financial capital within the farm working communities
• Have clear and accountable measures of investment return
